Singapore Bass Clarinet Day 2025 was a great chance for musicians to come together and celebrate the bass clarinet. Its sound, its versatility, and the people who love playing it. Held at the Yamaha Clementi Auditorium, the event brought together players, educators, and enthusiasts for a full day of music, learning, and connection. The day kicked off with a maintenance workshop by Sean, where players picked up practical tips on instrument care, setup, and everyday upkeep. It was an essential but often overlooked part of playing. This was followed by workshops led by David and Daniel, who shared their musical insights, techniques, and experiences with the group. Their sessions offered fresh perspectives and useful ideas that players could immediately relate to and apply. Playing Together as One Ensemble Product Exhibition Learning and Sharing Together A Supportive Community Why Days Like This Matter We’re always happy to see the bass clarinet getting the spotlight it deserves, and we look forward to more days filled with good music, good conversations, and a strong sense of community. I hope this kind of event will also be held in Malaysia. I hope this kind of event will also be held in Malaysia. Who wants to join? Let us know! |
